The inRESONANCE Knowledge Base (iR kBase) is a growing body of documentation and tutorials that support the end users, administrators, and implementors of iR solutions. Over the past 7 years, this site has grown from a simple web hosted directory where we posted instructions on how to upload large files to our FTP server, to a "kbase" of help documents and FAQ's, and finally to a wiki in late 2006. This current site is a reorganization of that wiki begun in 2006.
Now this isn't meant to replace the traditional support channel, it's meant as a supplement. This is a repository of knowledge that should benefit anyone that touches an iR solution. If you have a support question, please write to support. That's the best way to get quick, private help with your specific problem. But you might consider a quick search of the wiki too. Use the search feature at the top left of any page here.
We welcome your feedback. Take a moment and let us know how we can improve our Knowledge Base. If you can't find what you are looking for please contact us.
Cheers,
The iR Team

At this time we do not recommend that you upgrade to FM Server 12 or FMP 12. We are in the process of ensuring our products are compliant.
1. Our solutions are compatible with all versions of FMP above 8.5 with the exception of FAM which requires FMP 9 or above. GWS and RWS require FMP 10 or above. RWS requires FM Server 11.0 or above.
2. Keeping current with FMP updates is important no matter what version of software you have installed. For example, make sure you have FMP 10.0v3 vs FMP 10.0v1. These updates are released by FM on a regular basis.
3. Choosing to upgrade to the next version is a decision that each organization needs to consider carefully and balance the following:
